This is an email I wrote to some of the cast members who performed at our school's annual Intergenratinal Prom. It was also posted on our Schoology page, where all information for a show stays.

I was in charge of keeping track of who got each book script that we rented and had to return. At the first rehearsal, I wrote down who took which number book, and at after the show closed, I checked off each person's name that returned it to me. The two names in yellow returned their books late, but I still received them.
